JUMPSCARE – SINGLE & LIMITED MERCH LINE  CELEBRATING THE ITALIAN POET DANTE ALIGHIERI

The italian melodic death metal outfit Jumpscare hailing from Napoli (Italy) are launching a special limited edition merchandising celebrating the 700th Anniversary of the father of italian culture and literature: Dante Alighieri.

Dante Alighieri inspired many artists with his poem “Divina Commedia”, and Jumpscare tributed in their own way his masterpiece with their song “Seventh Circle” from their debut album “Don’t Close Your Eyes” out both via cassette and jewelcase in 2019/2020.

Here’s the statement from the band: ” Here we are: On the occasion of the 700th anniversary of the Sommo Poeta Dante Alighieri,  we want to pay in our way a tribute to his most important work of all time: Divina Commedia. that rapresents the core meaning of our song Seventh Circle.

Seventh Circle themed merch that will see the light really soon. In the meantime, we are pleased to have already launched some new merchandising pieces at the Bancamp shop!

“Don’t Close Your Eyes”  was self-released in October 2019, and it gained lots of positive responses both from fans and to insiders of the music industry. It was released under an exclusive license with Vault Lab Recordings and it was promoted both via Dying Frontier Promotion (Asia, Middle East), Vault Lab PR (Europe) and Grand Sounds Promotion (Eu/Oceania/Worldwide)  that worked bands like Batushka, Vader, Hecate Enthroned, Overkill (tour pr), Incantation (tour pr), to name a few, the album  was considered as the top album of the year from many webzines  and fans ranking it between bands like Arch Enemy, Amon Amarth, In Flames, Aephanemer, Cattle Decapitation just to name few.

Through the label “REBORN THROUGH TAPE RECORDS” on 7/11/2020 the limited edition of 100 copies in cassette of “Don’t Close Your Eyes” is announced sharing the roster with bands like Kreator, Discharge, Bulldozer and many more. In April 2020 started a partnership with  Italian Championship Wrestling I.C.W. becoming part of the official soundtrack of the federation. At the end of 2020 they signed a contract with North American media, management and booking company Death By Metal STL.
